Ok I have to rave about this book, which is surprisingly cheap considering the amount of information it contains. At $24 it's a steal.

When I bought the book for myself, it was an extremely easy and pleasant process. Before I knew it, I was downloading the book and reading it. Actually I went so far as printing the pages and having my friend binding them (you can just put them in a binder that you purchase for less than $1 from your paper store), and have it at hand all the time, you don't even need the computer for reading it anymore. Actually you might find that you'll go for this step, simply because this book is not purchasable in print.
